I find myself unusually optomistic about this weight loss journey. I am very tired of feeling bad about the way I look. I'm also just tired of feeling BAD - lethargic, tired, achey.
Once I get my weight in an acceptable range, I would like to have pictures made with the kids. We haven't ever done that.
Then I would like to have my own professional photos made for business purposes. I've never done that either.
I unboxed several pair of pants that fit last winter. Progress. The pants that I bought last month are feeling much looser.Labels: Juice Fast
